I've been waking up at around 4AM for the past 10 years now.
It's the perfect time to work on my music stuffs without the noise and distractions of the world interrupting me.
Moreso, it's the ONLY time I can get stuff done before my day as a "responsible adult" begins, so waking up at this ungodly hour is unfortunately necessary.
I wish I had more time for my music, but I work alot better when there's limited time to do so...otherwise I'd just sit around and watch Youtube on my phone.
Do you struggle with not having enough time in your day to do the things you love? I have the answer...WAKE UP EARLY LIKE ME! Not only can you gain a few extra hours into the day...but you can also be a crabby a$$hole by 7pm!
Hope you enjoy the video.
Music has always been my way to express myself…
Typically when something’s been on my mind that I can't quite articulate with words; music is my way to translate that into a proper remark.
Recently, I found that one of my good friends had passed away. She was my biggest cheerleader when I first moved to NYC. Listening and critiquing my cheesy musicals and anything else creative I showed her, she was always there with open ears.
This piece, which I call "A Sad Sunday" was literally written on the spot more than a day after I heard of her passing…I just sat at the piano and this thing came out.
I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye…I’ll miss you “Ace”.
Sincerely, "Silent Geoff"
Just dropped a new update video that talks about all the stuff I've done and all the stuff I have coming up in 2023.
It’s finally here! The debut album from Killer Pizza!
Best described as a punk rock radio show, “Faces” is narrated by Rex Anderson, telling the terrible tale of an evil scientist’s botched experiment and how our band saved the city from this twisted abomination
As mentioned, Killer Pizza was the first band I had in high school with my buddies Pike Matthews and Aaron Pasisz. Hope you enjoy this little blast from my past.
Be sure and follow KP on the socials for exciting and funny content.
It's been awhile since I've blogged...I'm sorry. I've been busy attending to several projects, one of which I'd love for you to check out, KILLER PIZZA.
We released a comic book music video for our first single "Overture 1995" which features the radical illustrations from digital artist Michael Naus.
The full album "Faces" is a punk rock opera telling the terrible tale of an evil scientist’s botched experiment and how our band saved the city from this twisted abomination! It comes out on January 27th!
Hope you enjoy!
The new single from my 80’s inspired side project Citizen 603 is out!
Entitled “Not From This Earth” , the tune is reminiscent of mid-80’s Genesis mixed with the majestic guitar gods such as Joe Satriani or Steve Vai.
This song is on all streaming services and I created a cheesy & spacey music video that Pike Matthews helped me out with.
Be sure to follow Citizen603 on the socials and music streaming services HERE.
